That’s right - this beautiful brew has over 20 pounds of fruit per barrel to create a delicious, refreshing flavor. Hand-ground cloves & coriander lend just the right amount of spice in this Belgian beaut.
At Wissahickon we love our West Coast IPAs: tropical & citrus-heavy w/ a crisp, dry finish. We brewed Back The Crick to showcase the mild, malty sweetness that base malts carry. This ale finds the perfect balance of hops w/ the lingering sweetness of an East Coast IPA.
