We took Gypsy, our 6% Belgian Blonde conditioned on juicy mango, blood orange, & ruby red grapefruit, then infused it with 100 pounds of peaches right before kegging. That’s right - this beautiful brew has over 20 pounds of fruit per barrel to create a delicious, refreshing flavor. Hand-ground cloves & coriander lend just the right amount of spice in this Belgian beaut.
At Wissahickon we love our West Coast IPAs: tropical & citrus-heavy w/ a crisp, dry finish. We brewed Back The Crick to showcase the mild, malty sweetness that base malts carry. This ale finds the perfect balance of hops w/ the lingering sweetness of an East Coast IPA.
Brewed w/ toasted, flaked oats & caramel malt. We then conditioned Maiden Molasses atop Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans, cinnamon, nutmeg, a touch of ginger, and 60 pounds of blackstrap molasses. Reminiscent of grandma's shoo-fly pie & gingersnap cookies.
