We took Gypsy, our 6% Belgian Blonde conditioned on juicy mango, blood orange, & ruby red grapefruit, then infused it with 100 pounds of peaches right before kegging. That’s right - this beautiful brew has over 20 pounds of fruit per barrel to create a delicious, refreshing flavor. Hand-ground cloves & coriander lend just the right amount of spice in this Belgian beaut.
It’s no secret — we at Wissahickon love our West Coast IPAs: tropical & citrus-heavy with a crisp, dry finish. Once in a while we’ll brew IPAs to showcase the mild, malty sweetness that base malts carry. Back The Crick finds this perfect balance of hops with the lingering sweetness of an East Coast IPA.
Brewed w/ toasted, flaked oats & caramel malt. We then conditioned Maiden Molasses atop Madagascar Bourbon vanilla beans, cinnamon, nutmeg, a touch of ginger, and 60 pounds of blackstrap molasses. Reminiscent of grandma's shoo-fly pie & gingersnap cookies.
